Job summary

Lowe's Stores in Katy, TX are seeking a Loader to support Pro and Garden Center operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers, handle loading and staging, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures and programs.
Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and respond to questions.
Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
Load customer vehicles with proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
Remains visible to support customers in loading areas, including Pro and Garden Center zones.
