Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answers questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collects carts and helps maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in store and parking lot
• Identifies and reports safety hazards and security concerns to management
• Operates store equipment as needed for the relevant role and department
• Communicates merchandise features, warranties, and Lowe’s program information to customers and staff
• Follows Lowe’s safety policies and uses safety devices
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Serves as an extension of the Pro Desk to support Pro customers through loading and order completion
• Engages with Pro customers during loading, staging, and order fulfillment
• Provides loading support in the Pro area and under the Pro canopy
• Responds quickly to loading requests to ensure efficient service for large or complex orders
• Builds relationships with repeat Pro customers and supports enrollment in Lowe’s rewards programs
• Ensures safety standards in parking lots and Pro canopy
• Completes required power equipment and spotter training for safe loading practices
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and weight
• Ensures orders are loaded accurately with product quality and safety in mind
• Supports loading activities in the Garden Center area
• Remains available to assist Garden Center customers during loading
• Completes required training to support safe loading practices
• Loads orders and assists with large or high-quality orders for pickup
• Partners with Garden Center Supervisor to stage orders for pickup
