Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to provide excellent customer service and assist with loading, staging, and fulfilling customer and contractor orders in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

You will help customers in the Garden Center and Pro areas, operate store equipment safely, and maintain high standards for safety and accuracy. Benefits include multiple health and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Safely use power equipment and store technology to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in-store and parking lot.
