Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an Associate to deliver customer service, support checkout and fulfillment, and assist customers with locating and loading merchandise in-store. You will pull and prepare orders, operate store equipment safely, and maintain stock levels across departments.

This role involves assisting Pro and Garden Center customers and upholding Lowe’s safety and service standards. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of computer and retail tech experience, are able to

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer service and assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, product features, application, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers
• Follows all Lowe’s safety policies and procedures
• Performs additional duties as assigned
