These roles involve loading customer and contractor orders, operating store equipment safely, maintaining stock, and assisting with large orders, including Pro and Garden Center responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
