Job summary

SRM Concrete in Texas seeks a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving materials around the plant to keep concrete flowing and operations moving. You will work with a crew, check equipment before shifts, and follow safety rules to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience with large machinery is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is helpful, but training is available.
• You care about safety—yours and your team’s.
• Strong communication and teamwork are important on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials available.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule and maintain safety rules.
