Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement to keep our concrete plants flowing. You will load trucks and coordinate with the production team to maintain daily schedules.

We value safety, teamwork, and reliability. The role offers local work with daily home time and comprehensive benefits; prior loader experience is welcome but training is provided for motivated learners.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment; willing to learn and train.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Safety-conscious and able to speak up if something’s not right.
• Ability to perform basic checks and maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule and plant running smoothly.
• Check equipment before and after shifts; report issues to the team.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and keep the site clean and organized.
