Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator in Texas to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement around the plant. You will load and unload trucks and conveyors, ensuring materials are available for production.

You will work closely with the crew, monitor equipment, and follow safety rules to keep everyone safe. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a willingness to learn the plants routines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment.
• Valid Drivers License.
• You prioritize safety and speak up when something is not right.
• Ability to inspect equipment before and after shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials available.
• Work with the crew to keep operations running on schedule.
• Follow safety rules, wear gear, and keep the plant safe for all.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe site.
• Assist with inventory checks to prevent material shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to improve daily performance.
• Be ready to help teammates or take on extra tasks as needed.
