Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment at our Texas plant. You will help move sand, gravel, and cement, load/unload materials, and support the production team to keep daily operations on schedule.

Experience with loaders is helpful, but we’ll train the right person. A valid driver’s license, safety mindset, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or large machinery; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with crew to keep operations on schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Assist with inventory counts to prevent shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to improve processes.
• Be ready to help teammates or take on tough jobs.
