Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement to keep our plant flowing and on schedule.

You’ll load/unload trucks, inspect equipment, follow safety rules, and work closely with the crew to meet daily targets. Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment; willing to train.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Emphasizes safety and communicates concerns.
• Ability to inspect equipment and perform basic fixes.
• Team player with good communication; reliable attendance.
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule.
• Check equipment before/after shifts and report issues.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Keep the plant area clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts to prevent shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to improve daily operations.
• Lend a hand wherever needed.
