Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and related heavy equipment at our plant. You’ll be moving sand, gravel, and cement, loading trucks, and collaborating with a tight-knit production team to keep operations on schedule.

You’ll be responsible for safety, equipment checks, and helping maintain a clean, organized site while contributing to a culture of reliability and quality. Local home-daily shifts with opportunities for overtime and growth await.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment preferred, but training is available.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company equipment.
• You value safety and speak up about potential hazards.
• Ability to perform basic equipment checks and light repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Work with crew to maintain production schedule and plant output.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues to maintenance.
• Follow all safety rules; wear PPE and maintain a clean, organized work area.
