Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement to keep our plant running smoothly.

You will load/unload materials, inspect equipment, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets while following safety rules. This position offers steady, home-daily shifts and a strong benefits package in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Work with crew to keep operations on schedule and maintain a clean, safe site.
