Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment at our plant. You will work with a team to move sand, gravel, and cement, load trucks, and help maintain a smooth, safe operation on site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment; training provided if needed.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Safety-minded and willing to speak up if something isn’t right.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Work with crew to maintain schedule and plant operations.
• Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report needed fixes for safety.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized for safety.
• Assist with inventory checks to ensure materials are stocked.
