Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment in our Houston-area plants. You’ll move sand, gravel and cement, load trucks and conveyors, and help keep our operations on schedule with a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other large machines.
• Commitment to safety and wearing PPE.
• Strong teamwork and communication on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Support production and inventory tasks as needed.
