Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front‑end loaders and other heavy equipment. You will move materials, load trucks, and collaborate with a dedicated production crew to keep the plant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment; willing to train.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Safety‑conscious and able to communicate safety concerns.
• Ability to inspect and perform basic equipment checks and fixes.
• Team player with reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate front‑end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel and cement to keep concrete flowing.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins and conveyors to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with crew and production teams to keep on‑schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report repairs to ensure safety.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and keep the plant a safe place to work.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory counting to prevent stockouts and shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to drive continuous improvement.
• Be ready to help teammates or take on additional tasks as needed.
