Job summary

SRM Concrete is looking for Loader Operators in Little Rock, AR to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement to keep our concrete plants running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a safety‑driven, team‑oriented crew with opportunities for training, overtime, nationwide opportunities if needed, and a comprehensive benefits package. Local work with daily home time and Sundays off supports family life and stability.

Qualifications

• Experience with loaders or heavy equipment is a plus, but we’ll train capable learners.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork on a production floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials available.
• Work with crew to maintain schedule and plant flow.
• Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety rules, wear gear, and keep the site clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory checks and help ensure materials don’t run short.
• Share ideas with leaders to help improve daily operations.
