Job summary

SRM Concrete in Arkansas is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, loading trucks and moving materials to keep our concrete plants running smoothly. You'll join a safety‑driven team, perform basic equipment checks, follow procedures, and contribute to inventory control.

We offer local work, overtime after 8 hours, and a benefits package with progression opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or large machinery is preferred, but training is provided.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Value safety and speak up if something isn't right.
• Ability to perform basic equipment checks and minor fixes.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Physically able to work in all kinds of weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of front-end loaders and move sand, gravel, and cement to keep the plant moving.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to supply materials.
• Work with your crew to keep operations on schedule.
• Check equipment before and after each shift and report issues.
• Follow safety rules, wear gear, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized for safety.
• Assist with inventory counts to prevent material shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to improve operations.
• Lend a hand wherever needed to support teammates.
