Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment is preferred, training provided.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Ability to perform basic equipment checks and minor fixes.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule.
• Check equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts to avoid material shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders for improvements.
• Help teammates as needed.
