Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment at our Perrysburg plant. You’ll move sand, gravel, and cement, load trucks, and work with a dedicated team to keep production on schedule.

Safety comes first—you’ll inspect gear, wear PPE, and follow all guidelines. We offer training, a steady schedule, and opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and growth with a national network.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or large machinery preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safety and speaking up when unsafe.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with crew to keep production on schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report needs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with inventory and materials counting.
• Communicate with plant leaders and contribute ideas.
• Be ready to help teammates as needed.
