Job summary

SRM Concrete in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Loader Operator to run front‑end loaders and other large equipment to move sand, gravel and cement through the plant. You’ll load trucks, inspect gear, and work with your crew to keep production on schedule.

No prior loader experience? We’ll train you. A valid driver’s license and a safety mindset are a must. This is local work with home daily and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Loader experience is helpful but training is provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Safety mindful and able to follow safety rules.
• Team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of front‑end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Work side‑by‑side with your crew to keep production on schedule.
• Check equipment before and after each shift and report needed fixes for safety.
• Follow safety rules, wear gear, and keep the plant tidy and organized.
• Help count inventory and ensure materials don’t run low.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to help the operation improve.
• Lend a hand wherever needed to support teammates.
