Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment is a plus, but we will train.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• You care about safety—yours and your team’s—and you’re not afraid to speak up.
• Able to check equipment and handle basic fixes.
• Team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work.
• Physically able to move and work in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.
• Willing to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with crew to keep production on schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
• Follow safety rules and wear required gear.
• Keep the work area clean and organized for safety.
• Count inventory to ensure material availability.
• Share ideas with plant leadership to improve processes.
• Lend a hand to teammates when needed.
