Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, ensuring material flow and continuous operations. You will load trucks and work with the crew to keep schedules, while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

The role is local with home daily expectations. You will inspect equipment, support inventory, and communicate with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is a plus; training provided.
• Safety-first mindset; follow rules and wear PPE.
• Able to work with teammates and communicate clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Work with crew to maintain schedule and plant operations.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts; report needed repairs.
• Follow safety rules and keep the site clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory and ensure materials are stocked.
