Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator at our Bladensburg, MD location. The role focuses on safely operating front-end loaders to load, move, and stockpile rock and aggregate materials for daily production needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on front-end loader experience, preferably with large-capacity loaders in quarry/aggregate/heavy construction environments.
• Experience operating front-end loaders, preferably in aggregate or construction industries.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify mechanical issues.
• Strong understanding of stockpile management and material separation.
• Clear communication with truck drivers, plant operators, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Load trucks, feeders, hoppers, and conveyors with sand, gravel, stone, and other materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and identify mechanical or safety issues before operation.
• Maintain stockpile locations and safe working areas; ensure production schedules are met.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, plant operators, and site supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations.
