Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to support operations at our Bladensburg, MD location. You will safely operate heavy equipment to load, move, and stockpile rock and aggregate materials, while complying with safety and environmental policies.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on loader experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform routine inspections. Outdoor work in varying weather is standard, with opportunities to grow with a growing construction materials company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders in quarry/mining/construction environments.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify issues.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely to load, transport, and stockpile materials.
• Load trucks, feeders, hoppers, and conveyors with aggregate materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate stockpile locations and material separation.
• Communicate with truck drivers, plant operators, and site supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental policies.
