Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator at our Bladensburg, MD location to safely operate heavy equipment and load, move, and stockpile rock and aggregate materials.

You will perform daily inspections, follow safety procedures, and work with truck drivers and site supervisors to meet production goals. Candidates should have 3+ years of loader experience, be comfortable outdoors in varying weather, and able to maintain clean stockpiles and equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end loader experience.
• Experience in quarry/aggregate/heavy construction preferred.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues.
• Load trucks and conveyors with aggregates.
• Maintain stockpile organization and safety compliance.
• Communicate with drivers and site staff.
