Martin-Marietta-1798b2fd is hiring a Loader Operator to safely operate a front-end loader, stockpile materials, and load customer trucks on site in Dallas area operations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

The position requires high school or GED, 1 year of heavy equipment experience (loader preferred), and ability to read manuals and communicate on CB radio. Training at corporate level is provided. Overtime and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of Heavy Equipment experience; previous loader operator experience preferred.
• Able to read equipment operating manual.
• Able to communicate over CB radio or with hand signals and warning sounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on vehicle systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and service; report needed repairs.
• Load cargo according to safety requirements and ensure good housekeeping.
• Assist with plant maintenance and operation of other equipment as needed.
