Job summary

Martin Marietta in Texas seeks a Mobile Equipment Operator to safely operate a front-end loader and move aggregate materials for concrete production. You will stockpile materials, load customer trucks, and support daily production in a fast-paced, team environment.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate on site. Training occurs at the Dallas Corporate Office, with travel covered if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment.
• 1 year of heavy equipment experience; loader operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently as directed.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on vehicle systems.
• Load cargo accurately and maintain good housekeeping of equipment.
• Report needed repairs to supervision and assist with maintenance.
• Comply with MSHA/OSHA safety rules and plant procedures.
