Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate front end loaders and support equipment for concrete production. You will transport materials, load products, and help maintain loading areas with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

New hire orientation and safety training occur at our Dallas, Texas facility, with travel reimbursement for distances over 50 miles as per policy. OT opportunities and benefits start Day One.

Qualifications

• Operates heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs daily pre-shift inspections on equipment.
• Follows MSHA/OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains quality of products and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders such as 988/992, and support equipment safely.
• Transport raw materials from railcars to stockpiles and load products.
• Help maintain roadways and loading areas for safe operations.
• Participate in maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping as needed.
• Support rail unloading, quality control, and scale area as required.
