Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• 1 year of heavy equipment experience; loader operator preferred.
• Ability to read equipment operating manuals.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, overtime and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader/dozer safely and efficiently to move aggregate materials.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections on vehicle systems and accessories.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and service on mobile equipment.
• Ensure cargo is loaded according to safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping of equipment and work areas.
• Assist with maintenance and operation of other equipment as needed.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA safety rules and/site procedures.
