Job summary

Martin Marietta in Texas seeks a Mobile Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader and move aggregate materials for production. You will stockpile materials unloaded from railcars and load customer trucks, contributing to daily production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A strong safety mindset and attention to detail are essential. New Hire Orientation is mandatory at our Dallas Corporate Office with travel reimbursement for eligible cases.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency reading equipment manuals and performing basic inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently per training.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.
• Load and stockpile materials; ensure accurate loading of customer trucks.
• Report needed repairs to supervision and maintain good housekeeping of equipment.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA rules and plant safety procedures.
