Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Bedford Falls location is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our memory care and assisted living team. You will deliver daily resident care in a warm, home-like environment.

As an LNA, you will assist with ADLs, document changes, and support residents with dementia. Valid LNA license and PCA certification are required or provided; prior experience is preferred but not required. We offer generous holidays, health benefits, retirement and training.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license required.
• PCA certification (provided) for the role.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our memory care and assisted living team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid LNA license required
• PCA certification (provided)
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
