Job summary

Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our memory care team. The LNA will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and support daily living activities.

Hours are 7AM to 3PM, with a pay rate of $17.75 to $19.00 per hour. A robust benefits package includes 401k with company match, medical and more. Join us to provide meaningful care and grow with Benchmark.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
