Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks compassionate LNA/HHA/PCA teammates to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. Full-time evenings, part-time days/evenings/nights, with training provided.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and communicating changes to the care team. CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; prior skilled nursing or dementia experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

We are looking for compassionate LNA/HHA/PCAs to join our team, full time all shifts! Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Evenings 3p-11p

Part Time Days 7a-3p Evenings 3p-11p or Nights 11p-7a

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
