Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living – Bedford Falls is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for part-time shifts (7AM–3PM and 3PM–11PM) at our Bedford, NH community. You will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment.

Requirements include a valid PCA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required; experience with dementia is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

RATE: $17.75 TO $19.00 PER HOUR

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for compassionate LNAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
