Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a dedicated LNA/Caregiver for the night shift to provide compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting for our residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and report health changes to the team while engaging residents in meaningful activities and offering emotional support.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate compassionate care and empathy toward residents.
• Strong customer service mindset to enhance resident experience.
• Accurate documentation of care provided and changes in health.
• Experience or willingness to learn dementia care is preferred.

We are looking for a full time compassionate LNA/Experienced Caregivers for our Night shift to join our team! As an LNA/Caregiver your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
