Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking compassionate CNAs, LHAs, and LNAs to join our dedicated care team in Bedford, NH. Full-time evening or night shifts (3p-11p or 11p-7a) offer a warm, home-like environment where residents receive attentive, dignified care.

You will assist with daily living activities, document care needs, and engage residents in meaningful activities while collaborating with a supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience with dementia care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver compassionate care with strong customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Arbors of Bedford are looking for compassionate CNA/LNA/HHAs to join our team!

Full Time 3p-11p or 11p-7a

As a Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
