Job summary

The Arbors of Shelburne, part of Benchmark Senior Living, are seeking full-time LNA/Experienced Caregivers to join our team for night shifts and to deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and engage residents in meaningful activities, supported by a comprehensive benefits package.

Experience with dementia is desired, and a valid LNA license is a plus though not required.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Full Time Nights

Up to $26.50/HR

As an LNA/Caregiver your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
