Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and report health changes to the team while providing emotional support and meaningful engagement.

We value licensed CNAs who can work collaboratively with staff and residents, including those living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
