Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Rye community is seeking LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join our team, delivering care to residents in a warm, home-like environment on the Seacoast.

Evenings 2p-10p are available, with additional opportunities on days and overnights. Pay rates range from $20 to $21.25 per hour, plus benefits, paid training, and a supportive workplace committed to quality memory care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Evenings 2p-10p

Rates: $20-21.25/HR
