Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking a compassionate LNA/PCA for 2nd or 3rd shift. You will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with activities of daily living and documenting care.

Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Experience with residents who have dementia is desired. The role offers a part-time schedule and competitive pay.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements
