Job summary

WITRON Logistik + Informatik GmbH in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a WUS Training Coordinator to drive the administration and execution of training programs company-wide. You will ensure training records, systems, and assignments stay accurate while coordinating schedules, compliance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting training operations with strong data management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Training, HR, Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in training coordination or similar role.
• Strong LMS, data management, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update LMS training profiles and curricula.
• Assign profiles by roles and certifications.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training activities.
• Schedule sessions, track attendance, and manage calendars.
• Communicate schedules and updates to staff and departments.
• Monitor completion status and follow up on overdue trainings.
• Record completions and certifications in the LMS accurately.
• Prepare training reports and KPIs to support decisions.
• Ensure user roles align with job functions and training needs.
• Assist rollout of new training programs and update materials.
