Responsibilities

Serve as the technical liaison between customers and WITRON's engineering and design teams.
Gather customer requirements, operational data, and facility information to support solution development.
Analyze data and collaborate with engineering teams to design automated warehouse and material handling solutions.
Assist with system layouts, technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
Present concepts and recommendations to customers and support technical sales activities.
Coordinate project handoff to project management and implementation teams.
Work cross-functionally with business development, engineering, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
