Job summary

WITRON Logistik + Informatik GmbH in the United States seeks a Technical Trainer to coordinate training across our sites, designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that support client partnerships and employee development.

You will lead the full training cycle, schedule sessions, maintain records, coach staff, and evaluate impact against KPIs, while collaborating with internal experts to ensure effective content and materials.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role.
• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess, plan, develop, coordinate, evaluate).
• Experience documenting training processes and materials.
• Experience communicating with senior staff and customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training across sites in the United States.
• Design, develop, pilot, deliver and evaluate learning solutions.
• Schedule training and maintain training records.
• Evaluate training delivery and provide feedback.
• Coach trainees and on-site trainers; assess skills.
• Audit instructional design and SOPs; identify knowledge gaps.
• Manage and maintain training equipment and educational aids.
• Outsource training as needed.
• Monitor overall effectiveness and KPIs.
