Hitachi Energy is seeking an Americas LMS Administrator to own and optimize the Cornerstone MyLearning platform. You will manage learner groups, curricula, certifications, and reporting while partnering with HR, Training & Development, and business leaders to ensure accurate training records and data analytics.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, monitor participation and compliance metrics, and support continuous improvement of learning processes across the Americas region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP, Oracle Learning, Moodle, Saba).
• Strong understanding of LMS technology, virtual learning environments, and standards like SCORM/AICC.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience creating dashboards and data analyses.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary administrator and owner of the Cornerstone MyLearning platform.
• Manage learner groups, curricula, certifications, assignments, permissions, and reporting structures.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Create, upload, test, and maintain learning content (online and blended).
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for learning insights.
• Monitor participation, completion rates, certifications, and compliance metrics.
• Provide support and guidance to learners, managers, instructors, and admins.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and stakeholders to improve integrations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
