IntraEdge seeks an LMS Solutions Architect to own the technical design, development, configuration, integration, and optimization of scalable learning technology solutions delivered as part of a managed service.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reusable solutions for learning portals, organizations, registration workflows, learner journeys, and digital learning experiences.
• Develop solution architectures aligned with established platform standards and operational requirements.
• Prototype, validate, and demonstrate technical solutions for approved initiatives.
• Build reusable technical components supporting scalable implementations.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions that enhance learning platform functionality and operational workflows.
• Integrate enterprise AI platforms and LLM services into learning workflows using APIs, cloud services, and automation platforms.
• Prototype AI-enabled capabilities and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility for approved business initiatives.
• Develop reusable AI components, prompt templates, and workflow patterns to improve scalability across learning solutions.
• Optimize AI-powered solutions based on performance, user feedback, and operational metrics.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the learning technology ecosystem and connected enterprise platforms.
• Manage incident resolution and implement preventative improvements through documented operational processes.
• Establish testing standards and quality assurance processes for platform enhancements.
• Validate technical solutions prior to production deployment.
• Design and maintain integrations between the learning technology ecosystem, enterprise systems, AI platforms, and cloud services.
• Develop SQL queries, reporting solutions, and backend workflows supporting operational and business analytics.
• Manage technical delivery for webinars, online assessments, certification workflows, and other learning operations.
• Ensure reliable execution of recurring operational activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural standards, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Create reusable implementation assets, prompt libraries, AI design patterns, and technical playbooks supporting scalable delivery.
• Manage administrative governance for learning platforms and connected services.
• Ensure platform configurations align with security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Research, prototype, and operationalize emerging AI capabilities, workflow automation, and third-party technologies that improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement approved technologies that enhance platform capabilities and service quality.
• Evaluate, implement, and operationalize third-party platform integrations.
• Manage the technical health, performance, and lifecycle of integrated solutions.
• Develop enablement materials, technical standards, and operational guidance supporting consistent service delivery across supplier teams.
• Analyze platform performance and recommend technical enhancements.
• Drive ongoing improvements in solution architecture, maintainability, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
