The role blends instructional design, learning technology management, and facilitation with a strong emphasis on creativity and data-driven improvement.

The ideal candidate will manage LMS platforms, create interactive content, and translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development.
• Hands-on experience building and managing LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in creating interactive and multimedia learning content.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered courses using sound instructional design principles.
• Create interactive content such as simulations, scenario-based learning, assessments, microlearning modules, and multimedia assets.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and compelling learning experiences.
• Apply creative design thinking to coursework to increase learner engagement and retention.
• Define, track, and manage course completion metrics and learner progress.
• Analyze learning data to assess effectiveness, engagement, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve course design and training outcomes.
