Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Learning Experience (LX) Architect to transform complex business processes into high-impact training journeys for customer service agents and leadership. You will collaborate with SMEs, use modern instructional strategies, and shape careers through comprehensive training that drives measurable business results.

You will lead end-to-end curricula development, including CBTs and Rise/Storyline modules, while leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and personalized

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning theory applied to training design.
• Experience with modern LMS platforms (Oracle Learning Management).
• Ability to manage multiple instructional projects from concept to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead LX architecture for training across business units.
• Design and manage long-term and short-term training initiatives (CBTs, Rise/Storyline).
• Leverage AI/LLMs to accelerate content lifecycle and prototype instructional frameworks.
• Script and produce light video content for field guidance.
• Analyze needs and apply adult learning theories for engaging training.
• Upload/manage learning assets in LMS and digital platforms.
• Stay at the forefront of learning tech and AI-driven content creation.
