ARCO Companies is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to own LMS administration, analytics, and content development with AI-driven capabilities. You will support instructional design and modernize how content is created across our learning platforms.

The role emphasizes administering LMS, building dashboards, and staying current with new learning technologies in a fast‑growth environment. A BA/BS in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in instructional design, educational technology, adult learning, organizational development, or related field — or equivalent experience in learning technology.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS is required.
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI-Enabled Content Development: use AI tools to create and accelerate development of videos, learning modules, and other digital content.
• Program Support: define scope, support stakeholders, ensure technical feasibility, and coordinate resources.
