Job summary

Medix™ is seeking a highly technical, architect-level Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to lead the architectural expansion of their learning platform. This role involves ensuring structural separation and compliance in training tracks as the enterprise scales.

The ideal candidate has direct experience with the Intellum LMS platform, understands data partitioning and can configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. Responsibilities include building out organizational structures and creating robust compliance and tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Direct administrative experience with the Intellum LMS platform is highly preferred.
• Deep technical understanding of LMS data partitioning and organizational tenant structuring.
• Hands-on experience configuring SSO authentication linkages.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build out a separate organization within the Intellum LMS platform.
• Partner with IT to design and troubleshoot SSO configurations.
• Clean up legacy technical configurations and engineer compliance reporting.
