Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in L&D, hands‑on LMS/LXP experience, and fluency with AI‑enabled content, assessment, and personalized pathways. Hybrid work and travel up to 10–15% are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or related field with ownership of programs from strategy through measurement.
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design across formats and methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, backward design, design thinking).
• Hands‑on LMS/LXP experience and using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Captivate.
• Experience applying AI to content development, personalization, assessment, or analysis with responsible use and human oversight.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder‑management skills with senior audiences.
• Experience measuring learning impact beyond satisfaction scores and using data to improve programs.
• Excellent communication skills and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to diagnose performance gaps and choose levers (learning, process change, tooling, or management action).
• Design and build learning experiences across modalities, from ILT to digital modules and microlearning.
• Develop skill‑based pathways and governance for capability building and internal mobility.
• Serve as a power user and owner of the learning tech stack (LMS/LXP, authoring tools).
• Define success metrics, collect data, and iterate programs to improve business outcomes.
